At Easy Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were originally included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
